Yoghurt

LIP smackingly fresh and lemony, Connage Highland Dairy's natural yoghurt (£1.80) was so packed with flavour I didn't need to add any fruit or honey to it.

I did though and hey presto a guilt free dessert, full of natural goodness.

Bradan is Gruth I'VE decided to let you in on the secret of my favourite new product - it's Bradan is Gruth - smoked salmon and cream cheese made with Hebridean Smoked Salmon and Connage Highland Dairy's crowdie (£3.95).
Apricot Jam THE simple packaging highlights that Caithness Summer Fruits' apricot jam (£2.95) is homemade produce made on a small scale by a local producer.
Pear Chutney CAITHNESS Summer Fruits' pear chutney (£2.95) nearly ruined my cheese sandwich! Luckily I tried it before I spread it.
Bread TO celebrate National Bread Week (April 26-May 2), the taste team rose to the occasion and tried out a few loaves.
