Cyclist injured in Black Isle 4x4 collision

A MAN has been taken to hospital following a collision between a cyclist and a vehicle on the Black Isle.

Police and ambulance were called to attend the accident which involved a male on a bike and a 4x4 vehicle in Main Street, Rosemarkie, around 2.39pm today (Friday).

The casualty sustained head injuries and was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness for treatment.

Police say no further details are available at present.
