A Black Isle man was the victim of a weekend road accident
POLICE have named a man killed in a car accident south of Carrbridge at the weekend as Ross-shire man Andrew Macdonald.
Mr Macdonald, who was from the Black Isle, received fatal injuries after his vehicle was involved in a collision on the B9153 around half a mile south of Carrbridge on Saturday at 1.45am.
He was alone in the car and no other vehicle was involved.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the accident to come forward and contact their local police station.
