Nairn County boss Les Fridge had no game this weekend after Saturday's call-off against Buckie Thistle.

NAIRN County’s home Highland League clash with Buckie Thistle was called off on Saturday morning due to a frozen pitch at Station Park.

Also called off were: Inverurie Locos v Clach, Rothes v Forres Mechanics and Strathspey Thistle v Formartine United.

This gave Cove Rangers the chance to close the gap on leaders Forres to two points with a 3-0 stroll at Lossiemouth, although the Can Cans now have two games in hand.

Fort William crashed to a 3-1 home defeat against Wick Academy, while Turriff United edged past visitors Brora Rangers 1-0.

Huntly won 3-1 at Keith, while Fraserburgh and Deveronvale shared four goals.
